ABOUT THE COTTAGE

The Enchanted Purple Cottage was the first home in the serene Gulf View neighborhood of 30A in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This quaint 640 sq ft home sits on pylons with the sounds of the Gulf echoing on the deck, about a seven minute walk to the beach. During renovation we have strived to maintain its unique cabin, rustic, artsy vibe. Previously owned by a local artist, the cottage is filled with personal design for this unique space. The house has one bedroom but sleeps 4-6. The bedroom has tongue and groove ceilings and walls. Interior walls are covered with angled wood giving a warm cozy cabin feel. Tile within the cabin was installed by Nationally acclaimed and published local artist. Fully furnished and ready for weekend, weekly, monthly or more rental.

Many locals know the previous owner as the lady in the purple house. It has a very serene and peaceful atmosphere. Design of the interior and grounds always pleased those who visited. At this time, its not a place for a large family — it is cozy, comfortable and a good place to unwind.

Amenities include the very best location a few blocks from the beach, nightlife, coffee shops, shopping areas, rentals, you name it! In the cottage we have cable television, WiFi, Air conditioning, off street parking, deck for entertaining, outside shower, 3 piece bath, washer & dryer, and all necessary kitchen appliances. Its a special place for peace and serenity.
